Weight management can be a frustrating and discouraging part of pregnancy. Maintaining a healthy weight is one of the most common concerns for expectant mothers. Questions regarding whether you are gaining too much or not enough weight, if you will have trouble getting extra weight off after delivery, and what sort of measures you should take to manage weight during bouts of morning sickness and other stages of pregnancy can be exhausting.

While it is perfectly natural to feel some stress about the changes happening to your body during this time, outside of drastic weight gain or loss, weight should not be something you are overly concerned about or focused on. Above all, your health, and the health of your baby should be your first priority.
