Travel
Pregnancy
In an uncomplicated pregnancy, it is generally considered safe to travel at any time. The second trimester is ideal for traveling because you will likely be past morning sickness and risk of miscarriage during the first trimester, and will not yet be as fatigued or limited physically as you will be in your third trimester.
Whatever your mode of transportation, make sure to stretch and move your legs as often as possible to avoid swelling and blood clots. And when considering air travel, most airlines will allow pregnant women to travel into their 8th month. Air travel during the 9th month of pregnancy is generally allowed with permission from your healthcare provider.
