This 2.5-hour class is offered the 1st Tuesday of each month and will cover all topics postpartum: physical changes, physical and mental health, nutrition, exercise, birth control, sleep, referrals for other services, & more.
Be sure to bring a support person with you! This class is designed for both you and someone who will be by your side—whether it’s your spouse, mom, friend, or another loved one. Having support during this stage is so important, and we want to make sure you’re both prepared.
