Andrea earned her Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and has worked as a Labor and Delivery Nurse at UVRMC since 1997. She later completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in Women’s Health at the University of Utah. Andrea is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner. In recognition of her dedication and impact in women’s health, she was honored as a 2025 Utah Business Healthcare Hero.
She is the mother of 5 children. She enjoys reading, running, backpacking, hiking, skiing and spending time with her family.
